Vegan-Friendly Smoothies & Juice Bars in Seattle
Smoothies in Seattle…
Sounds romantic, right? Someone should name a movie after that.

So, I did the research for you!
Pay these vegan and vegan-friendly juice and smoothie cafes a visit and you’ll be glowing, radiant, and full of energy in no time. Cheers to you and your health!

Heartbeet is a plant-based and gluten-free cafe that both locals and tourists simply adore.
They offer organic juices and delicious smoothies in the most charming, Instagrammable setting. Favorites include the flagship smoothie, Coconutty, made with fresh young coconut, cashews, dates, water, and a touch of Himalayan salt.
They also offer elixir shots, signature juices, and even juice cleanse kits that come with an adorable tote bag. Be sure to check HeartBeet’s adorable Queen Anne cafe, or stop by their brand new location in West Seattle!

Broadfork is a favorite stop in both Queen Anne and the U-District for fresh-pressed juices, wellness shots, and smoothies in Seattle. Chef Lois’s goal for their food and menu is to create a “community and connection through food” and it’s definitely working.
We love Broadfork because they source from like-minded businesses that share their values, of organic, sustainable & local.
Menu items include fresh-pressed juices, elixirs, kombucha, and smoothies, so you’ll always have something new to try.

Juice Press is a 100% plant-based, 100% organic juice and smoothie shop that also offers pre-made meals, wellness shots, and more.
Juice Press started in the health food industry before it was cool, with its roots in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. Since then, they’ve grown to be a leader in the space, with a commitment to quality ingredients and delicious flavors. Find them near a few of our other vegan favorites in University Village.

Pressed Juicery is a nationwide chain serving delicious and affordable fresh-pressed juices.
They also specialize in juice health bundles and wellness shots. Every Seattle location also offers its plant-based soft serve.
With three locations in popular parts of town including Capitol Hill and Downtown, chances are you aren’t too far from a Pressed Juicery. Keep them in mind for a healthy pick-me-up.

Central Cafe & Juice Bar, which opened in early 2020, is a warm and welcoming place to grab your fresh juices and smoothies in Seattle.
This Black-owned, woman-owned, and vegan-friendly business is located in the heart of the Central District, in a historically black-owned building close to Garfield High School. This area is becoming more gentrified by the day, so the cafe is not only a cozy cafe, it’s an act of beautiful resistance.
As an eco-conscious business owner, Bridgette Johnson purchased all furnishings secondhand via Habitat For Humanity ReStore and Second Use, according to Intentionalist. This is also why she offers many plant-based options on the menu. How amazing is that? Show this new-kid-on-the-block some major love and support.

Visiting the Amazon spheres (or “Bezo’s balls” as we like to call ’em around here)? Then Anar is a great option to keep in mind when you’re touring around South Lake Union.
Sister-restaurant to the highly-acclaimed Mamnoon, this vegetarian cafe serves Mediterranean-inspired juices, teas, and coffee, as well as some delicious vegan (or veganizable?) eats. They also offer specialty-infused water that changes daily.
Anar is located in the new Amazon Doppler building in South Lake Union adjacent to the spheres.
Note: Some drinks do have honey or Greek yogurt in them; we recommend double-checking that your drink is vegan-friendly!

Juicy Cafe is a must when you’re craving a high-quality juice, elixir, or smoothie in Seattle.
Their menu is big! But if you can’t find your perfect match, they also let you create a fully custom beverage, as well.
And with three downtown locations and one in South Lake Union, you aren’t too far from one of these amazing cafes when you’re out visiting Pike Place or headed to a ball game.
Sip on immune-boosting (and well-named) favorites like Gut Healer, Sweet Glow, and Life Cleanser.
Want something a bit heartier? Get a fulfilling, healthy smoothie like the Malibu Sunset, Malted Coffee Nutter (nix the honey if you do not consume), or the Green Monster.
They even have smoothie bowls with fresh fruit and granola. Yum!
Note: Some drinks and smoothie bowls do have honey in them. Be sure to double-check if you do not consume.
