The Most Delicious Vegan Italian Food in Seattle [2026 Guide]

For such a vegan-friendly city, it still is pretty darn difficult to find delicious vegan Italian food in Seattle.

Quality options are limited (for now), so to help in your search I've tracked down the highest-recommend Italian and Italian-inspired vegan food in the city.

But if you’re looking strictly for pizza, head here.)

Buon Apetito!

Top Restaurants for Vegan Italian Food in Seattle

Tavolata

Fremont, Capitol Hill, Belltown, Redmond

Tavolata is all about the pasta, and they have vegan pasta and gnocchi made from scratch daily. And don’t be afraid to request something special, like beautiful vegan gnocchi dish they made me with cauliflower, squash puree, and herbs- their culinary team loves to show off. And if you’re gluten-free? Don’t worry, they’ve got vegan-gluten free pasta and meatballs upon request.

The veasonal vegan entrée on the menu was a beautiful portobello dish with crispy polenta and seasonal veggies that might be one of my favorite mushroom dishes of all time.

And if you love wine, you’ll love their hefty wine list, which is broken down by tasting notes, plus cocktails, beer, and zero-proof options.

They also have large party rooms for private dining! So if you need a spot that’ll make everybody happy, save this for your next pasta night.
