BOX BAR

West Seattle

Fully vegan

Box Bar in West Seattle is still an underrated and lesser-known spot, since it opened just before the pandemic and the West Seattle bridge closure. Talk about resiliency… BUT- their food is making some serious noise. It won’t be long before this place gets some well-deserved attention and a line out the door.

More importantly, they’ve got a great nacho plate, made with spicy lentils in lieu of beans, cashew queso, pickled onions, tofu crema & pico on a warm bed of tortilla chips. It’s delicious and goes well with one of their creative cocktails.

BARRIO

Capitol Hill

Vegan-friendly

Maybe it's the flavorful cascabel salsa, the spicy pickled jalapenos, or their housemade cashew cheese...

Or maybe it’s that they don't charge extra for that hefty dollop of guac on top. #blessed

Whatever the reason, we are obsessed with Barrio's vegan nachos in Seattle. Add the vegan chorizo to please your taste buds even more. Visit Barrio

PABLO Y PABLO

Fremont-Wallingford

Vegan-friendly

Sister restaurant to Barrio, Pablo y Pablo, named after the artists Picasso and Neruda, strives to evoke a warm and inviting atmosphere and to honor the two artists' work in culinary form.

While it's not a fully vegan restaurant, we say their vegan nacho plate does their mission justice. Their nachos are definitely warm and inviting, and the restaurant is just gorgeous inside and out.

Get the nachos as is, or add spiced beans or vegan chorizo to really get wild.

This is definitely the place to find a compromise with non-vegan friends and family members because then you won't have to share!

Careful, though - if you do, they'll get hooked. Visit Pablo y Pablo
