The brisket is slow-cooked sous vide style for 3 hours resulting in the perfect meaty texture to satisfy even your most carnivorous family members. It is recommended to finish it off at home in a pan with red wine and tomato reduction, or your favorite sauce. Brisket feeds 8-10 people.
